Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back for Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@sproutprosper.com with your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.

3. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged products caused by manufacturing or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the product price. For defective or damaged products caused by manufacturing or shipping errors, original shipping fees will also be refunded.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Products without manufacturing defects or damage

7. No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you receive a defective product and your refund request is approved, you may place a new order for a replacement item.

8. Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

9. Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, including your apartment or unit number, to avoid delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
